Users will now be able to fully integrate their Betterment and PeerStreet accounts
MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PeerStreet, an award-winning platform for investing in real estate backed loans, has announced an integration with Betterment, the largest independent online investment advisor. Using account aggregation through Quovo, customers of both Betterment and PeerStreet can view their PeerStreet positions within the context of their investment portfolio on the Betterment dashboard.Customers of both services are increasingly seeking an easy way to see their all of their investments in one place, even across multiple investment platforms. Integrations with Betterment and similar financial services have become one of the top requests from PeerStreet users. Both PeerStreet and Betterment were able to quickly respond to their clients’ needs using Quovo, the industry leader in financial account connectivity, to aggregate and integrate consumer financial data. This integration is another example of both PeerStreet and Betterment using technology to help provide greater transparency, ease of use and control. It stems from a core philosophy of listening to customers and being responsive to requests that fundamentally improve the user experience, even across multiple platforms.“At PeerStreet, we’re committed to providing more access, transparency and control for our customers. We’re continually working to improve the investor experience, even when it means integrating with other financial services,” said Alex Perelman, co-founder and CTO of PeerStreet. “There is an incredible ecosystem of investment platforms that are now available and by integrating, we’re able to provide our customers with a more comprehensive and transparent view into their overall portfolio.”Since launching in November 2015, PeerStreet has been rapidly increasing its investor base and adding features to its platform. This integration with Betterment and Quovo is an early indication of the types of expansions and integrations that will help customers see their PeerStreet investments in the context of their greater financial portfolio.PeerStreet continues to grow rapidly following the announcement of a $15 million Series A round in November last year, led by venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz.ABOUT PEERSTREETPeerStreet is a marketplace lending platform for real estate debt.
